Its January 3rd and time to try my new batch of Oktoberfest beer.
Dark in color. Good tasting.

Bottled Beer
Monday 12/7/2105
I bottled the beer Monday afternoon.
Its in the temperature controlled container to keep it at 68 to 76 degrees F.
I plan to keep it here for 2 weeks and 5 days.

New Batch in the fermenter on Monday 11/23/2015
Started a new batch of beer Monday 11/23/2015. Using Mr Beer Oktoberfest. Its my first time making a dark beer.
This is the hopped malt extract
Description of the beer type
My fermenting system. Down in the basement. Too cool down there so have it in heated container.
